Processing & Delivery

• Productivity time: 0-1 business day (Mon-Fri)
• Please allow 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery.
• Order cut off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+04:00) – Gulf Standard Time (Dubai)
• Orders after the cut-off time will be honored on the next working day.

Damaged Packages

Please check your package upon receipt. If the package is damaged in transit, do not accept it, if you can, unless you contact us right away.
