We believe in simplicity, security, and transparency with our payment process at Sparkz Mart. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for the orders placed from our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Payment is made in cash when your order is delivered.
• There is no minimum requirement for advance payment in order to order.
• Please have the correct amount available at the time of courier’s arrival.
• Our delivery staff may follow up with you to verify your order prior to shipment.

Order Confirmation

We may call or e-mail you following your order to confirm your order and delivery information. Order may be aborted if the customer cannot be contacted or information provided can’t be verified.

Order Cancellation

Please cancel an order as early as possible if you need to cancel it. After the order is sent, it might be impossible to cancel the order.
