Return & Refund Policy

Satisfaction of our customers is our prime objective at Sparkz Mart. In the event that you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can return or exchange it following the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Non-defective or defective return of product is accepted within 3 days after delivery.
• Products need to be returned by the user in the original packaging and condition.
• All barcodes, labels and packages should be retained.
• Free exchanges are available at this time.
• Sparkz Mart has no control on the loss or damage of goods after delivery, while in the possession of the customer.

How to Request a Return

• Reach out to our Customer Support Personnel within 3 days from delivery.

• We will supply with a prepaid shipping label and arrange to pick up via our courier.
• Put the product safely in the original packaging and deliver it at the agreed pickup time to the courier.

Refunds 

• After receiving and checking the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
• These may include any applicable delivery charges.
• The bank account of the customers will be credited with the refunds.
