Welcome to Sparkz Mart! Access to or use of our site and the ordering of any of its goods and/or services is subject to the following Terms & Conditions: Please read them thoroughly before buying them.

1. Orders

• When ordering please enter correct name, phone, email and delivery details.
• We may follow up with you to validate your order prior to dispatch.
• If the information you have supplied is incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be verified, then the order may be canceled.

2. Prices & Product Information

To the best of our ability, product descriptions, images, availability and prices are correct. However, there may be slight differences between the product images and the actual product.

Our website prices may be subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time you place your order will be used for your purchase.

3. Payment

At present, Sparkz Mart only offers the Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

Your order will be delivered to you by the courier who will accept payment in cash only. No advance payment or online payment is needed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped for free. Our normal processing and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Please note that delivery times can sometimes be delayed for reasons that are out of our control, including delays in the couriers and unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges will be based on the terms and conditions of our Return & Refund policy and will be within the time limit outlined.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are required to come to us within the return timeframe to request a return/exchange.

6. Website Use

You accept that you will use our site in a legal manner and not:

• Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Provide inaccurate or misleading data
